Fears of Russian chemical attack in Ukraine; NATO Chief, UK Intel voice concern

Russia continues to accuse Ukraine of intending to commit a biological attack. Moscow claims the U.S. & Ukraine are developing biological weapons for use against Russian forces. United nations stated 'no evidence to back Russian claim of Ukraine biological weapons program'. NATO chief said biological weapons claim could be used by the Russia as a pretext for chemical attacks.
