Belgium fans came out celebrating after a thriller in Rostov-on-Don, in which Belgium beat Japan 3-2 to qualify for the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Russia on Monday (2nd July). Belgium fans were singing and dancing, while Japanese supporters were obviously disappointed with the result but not with the performance of their team.
