Hamas’ armed wing Al-Qassam Brigades Spokesperson Abu Obaida said, “Afterwards, our fighters withdrew after detonating the tunnel used in this operation, having left all members of this force either killed, injured, or captured, and seized their military equipment." Israel has denied Hamas’ claims, saying no IDF soldier was kidnapped in Gaza.
