External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has assured the families of 8 former Navy officers facing death in Qatar that the Indian government will make “all efforts to secure their release”. “Underlined that the Government will continue to make all efforts to secure their release. Will coordinate closely with the families in that regard,” Jaishankar said on Twitter after meeting the kin of 8 imprisoned Indians who are accused of spying on Qatar for Israel.
