India working on more Quad groupings: Minister Jaishankar drops big hint

External affairs minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar talked about the importance of Quad. Jaishankar said it is important for India as a Quad participant to be very clear that Quad is for something, it is not against somebody. “The cold war of two power dominance ended. The unipolar world ended. A certain kind of globalised world is now very much a question mark,” Jaishankar said. The foreign minister spoke at the 19th edition of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit.
