Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has admitted that India under PM Narendra Modi has changed. Referring to UPA government in 2010, Bilawal said that it was willing to engage with Pakistan unlike the current dispensation under PM Modi. He added that the rational relationship between India and Pakistan doesn't exist anymore. The Narendra Modi-led government has made it clear that there can be no talks with India's neighbour unless Islamabad acts on terror. Watch this video for more details.
