Watch: First phase of voting in Jharkhand underway amid tight security

First phase of voting has begun in Jharkhand amid tight security. Polling in 13 constituencies are underway. Assembly elections in Jharkhand will be held in five phases. Elections will be held between November 30 and December 20. Counting of votes will take place on December 23.
