Two people are feared trapped as a three-storeyed building collapsed on the Kharar-Landran road in Kharar town of Mohali district on Saturday. Two others have been rescued after the incident. According to the police, an adjoining plot was being dug up when a JCB operator hit one of the walls of the building, resulting in it collapsing.
