Covid update: UK changes quarantine rules; Moscow starts mass vaccination
From Haryana Minister testing positive to the UK changing quarantine rules, here are the top updates on the coronavirus pandemic. Haryana Minister Anil Vij tested positive for Covid-19, weeks after he was administered the coronavirus vaccine. Vij, who was given a dose of Covaxin, said he is admitted to the Civil Hospital in Ambala Cantt. Bharat Biotech, the vaccine maker clarified that Covaxin is administered in a two-dose schedule. Also, Moscow started mass vaccination of Covid-19 vaccine Sputnik V, becoming the first one to do so. The vaccine shots were distributed via 70 clinics on Saturday. Also, the Britain government changed the 14-day mandatory quarantine rule for individuals involved in specific business activity that benefits the UK economy. Watch the full video for more details.
