Digvijaya Singh: Those questioning Pulwama intel failure declared traitors

Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh commented on the ghastly Pulwama attack. Digvijaya quoted Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik to claim that there was intel failure. He said that the Home Minister, if not the Prime Minister, should've resigned after the attack.
