Jat Reservation: Protestors block Alwar-Mathura rail route

Hundreds of Jat protestors held a strong protest over Jat reservation in Rajasthan's Bharatpur. The protestors are demanding special reservations for Jats and blocked Alwar- Mathura rail route in order to get their demands fulfilled. They are also demanding a written notion about their reservation by the government. The blocking of rail routes has led to a huge traffic jam near the railway station. Police are trying to take stock of the situation.
