‘Need to maintain peace’: Chinese envoy on India-China border issue

China's Ambassador to India Sun Weidong spoke on India-China border issue. Sun Weidong said that the border issue is 'complex and sensitive'. The Chinese envoy said that both countries need 'to jointly maintain peace and tranquility in the border areas'. Weidong underlined the positive outcomes of last year's summit in Wuhan. He added that mutual trust between President Xi & PM Modi is now being extended to all sectors.
