President Ram Nath Kovind lists benefits of Article 370 abrogation in J&K

President Ram Nath Kovind addressed the nation on the eve of Independence day. He said that the recent changes introduced in Jammu and Kashmir will benefit the people of the state. President Kovond added that the changes will enable people to access and enjoy the same rights and privileges as the rest of the country.
