Rahul Gandhi vows to waive farm loans in Jharkhand if voted to power

Rahul Gandhi took a jibe at BJP while addressing a gathering at Jharkhand's Simdega. He accused the BJP of snatching lands of tribals and giving it away to industrialists. He said, “BJP in Chhattisgarh snatched land of tribals and gave to industrialists but Congress came to power and returned their land.” He added, “Wherever we promised to waive farm loans, we did so after coming to power. In Jharkhand too, we will do the same if our coalition is voted to power.”
