‘Mobile and internet used more by terrorists, hence blocked’: J&K Governor

Jammu and Kashmir governor Satya Pal Malik addressed the media and said that the government has big plans for the development of the region. He also added that there has not been a single casualty in the region since the abrogation of Article 370. Satya Pal Malik also added that mobile phones and internet are used by terrorists more than the common man and hence they are still blocked in the region.
