Watch: Shops open in parts of violence-hit North East Delhi

Violence-hit North East Delhi limps to normalcy. Shopkeepers opened their shops in Bhajanpura area. Meanwhile, security personnel remain deployed in Khajoori Khas and Dayalpur. Khajoori Khas & Dayalpur are among the worst affected areas. At least 38 people are believed to have died due to the violence.
