SC allows Sitaram Yechury to visit Kashmir, meet CPI(M) leader Yusuf Tarigami

CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury was allowed to visit Kashmir by the Supreme Court. Yechury was allowed to visit Kashmir and meet his party leader Yusuf Tarigami. Opposition leaders were earlier not allowed to visit Kashmir and were sent back from Srinagar airport. Rahul Gandhi, along with Ghulam Nabi Azad and other opposition leaders tried to visit Kashmir. The valley has been under a lockdown after Article 370 was abrogated on 5 August.
