Watch | Jhelum water level lowest in 60 years

Jhelum River, the lifeline of Kashmir Valley, is drying up fast due to continued dry spell in the Valley, triggering concerns among people and experts. As per the official data of the Irrigation and the Flood Control department, the water level in Jhelum has lowered for the first time in 60 years. For the first time in 40 years, Kashmir has witnessed a dry of spell over five to six months.
