A man named Juhi was tied to a pole and beaten badly. Allegedly he was caught by Ghrihswami, a local resident for stealing Rs. 20,000 and a cell phone. The incident happened on Monday. The man was caught when he entered the house of a local resident, Sogarath Chaudhary. However, residents of Juhi's village claim that he is mentally challenged. Juhi is a son of Israfeel, a resident of Bairal village. Police are investigating into the matter. SHO Umesh Kumar is leading the investigation. Police are looking into the old records of Juhi.
