Viral video: Woman throws newborn into drain, stray dogs pull her out

A video of a woman dumping an infant and stray dogs retrieving the baby has gone viral. The newborn girl, wrapped in plastic, was dumped in a drain near Dogra Gate in Kaithal. According to police, stray dogs pulled the baby out of the drain and she was saved by some passersby. The infant was taken to civil the hospital and later moved to another in Chandigarh.
