India Slams China’s ‘Senseless Attempts’ To Assert Claim Over Arunachal: ‘Assigning Invented Names…’

India has called the latest Chinese action on Arunachal Pradesh “senseless attempts” to assert claim on the northwestern state. “We firmly reject such attempts. Assigning invented names will not alter the reality that Arunachal Pradesh is, has been, and will always be an integral and inalienable part of India,” the MEA said in a statement a day after External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar called out Beijing for its fresh Arunachal trigger.
