Sajjan Kumar, Congress leader and an accused in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case would face trial at a Sessions Court in Delhi from March 27. Claiming to have strong evidence, senior advocate H S Phoolka, counsel for the families of the riot victims, announced that the two murder cases against Sajjan Kumar and other accused have been committed by the magistrate and have been sent to Sessions court. Earlier, the court had issued two non-bailable warrants against Kumar, who surrendered in court on Wednesday.
