A top militant leader surrenders in Tripura

A top militant leader of the banned All Tripura Tiger Force laid down his arms before the Border Security Force on Thursday at Khasiamangal near the India-Bangladesh border in Tripura. Identified as Sailendra Debvarma alias Judhiya, he decamped from his base at Niralapunji deposited an AK-47 rifle, a 9 mm pistol, four magazines and more than 100 live cartridges with the Deputy Inspector General of BSF.
