Aadhar cards not compulsory, rules SC; Sheila Dikshit reacts

Even as the Supreme Court ruled that Aadhar cards were not mandatory as various state governments insist on making it compulsory for a range of formalities, Delhi chief minister, Sheila Dikshit said she looked forward to the Centre to come out with a solution for the same.
