AAP replies to EC, denies violating model code

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday replied to Election Commission notice for Model Code violation by appealing to Muslims in Delhi for votes on religious grounds. Party convener Arvind Kejriwal was served a notice by EC on November 20 after he distributed pamphlets asking Muslims to vote for AAP. Kejriwal denied violation of model code of conduct in his 37-page reply to Election Commission.
