Akshay turns road contractor to promote Khatta Meetha

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar literally took to the roads to promote his new film Khatta Meetha in Mumbai on Sunday. To the much amazement of the audience, Akshaya arrived on a road roller at the venue, dressed as Sachin Tichkule, his character in the film, who is a corrupt road contractor. Akshay is paired opposite south Indian actress Trisha Krishnan, who makes her debut in Bollywood with this film. Khatta Meetha is a remake of the Malyalam film Vellanakalude Nadu, which was also made by film director Priyadarshan.
