Are women not good judges?

India has always been a male dominated patriarchal society where women are thought to play the second fiddle. Though with modernization women are coming out of the nutshell and are trying to make a mark for themselves. There are many fields where women are not given much scope. India has a distinct bias against women when it comes to appointing judges in the higher courts of law.
