At least 21 die after tourist boat capsizes off Andaman Islands

At least 21 people died after a boat carrying tourists capsized off Andaman Islands, officials said. A boat with some 40 odd people sank on Sunday, and some 13-15 have been rescued, as rescue operations are underway, officials told. Officials said there were no foreign tourists on board.
