Bhanot, Verma held for criminal conspiracy: CBI

Central Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday briefed mediapersons on the arrest two key aides of Suresh Kalmadi, Lalit Bhanot and V K Verma on charges alleging irregularities of funds in the Commonwealth Games 2010. CBI Spokesperson Vineeta Thakur said that the CW Games officials have been arrested for criminal conspiracy and causing huge loss to the government.
