Bizarre tradition to appease gods

This family follows a bizarre tradition during the wedding ceremonies when the groom and bride interchange their attire. While the groom dresses in a sari and jewellery, the bride wears a dhoti and kurta. It is only after they have offered prayers thus that they dress normally and carry on with other marriage rituals.
