BJP faces flak for stalling Parliament

Slamming the BJP for the prolonged disruptions in Parliament over the coal scam, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has claimed that the BJP has deliberately stalled proceedings to block the bill proposing promotions to scheduled caste, scheduled tribes and other backward classes in government jobs.
