BJP, Left slams Mamata's Rail Budget, Congress favours it

Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee's rail budget on Wednesday received its usual political brickbats and bouquets with the BJP and the Left parties slamming it and the ruling Congress giving it thumbs up. BJP blamed that the budget was listed without the preliminary sanction of the Planning Commission and Railway Board.
