Eye Witness 2: Pappu, a sari shop owner - Strangely today the area was not as crowded as it usually becomes. The blast victim was a child and this really panicked the parents in the neighbourhood as they started looking for their own children. The child victim's name is Santosh whose father works for my brother as a manual labourer.
