Budget Special: Expectations of Auto industry from budget

As India's annual budget is just one day away, auto parts makers want the government to slash central excise duty from twelve percent to eight percent. Auto parts makers in Rajkot expect central budget to announce setting up of an Auto Park, and increase in tax limit. He said the setting up of an Auto Park would help to bring all the small and large-scale industries and also ancillary industries under one roof, leading to reduction of transport and other miscellaneous costs.
