Business declines due to security checks at Nepal-China border

Traders in Nepal are upset since the business between Nepal and China is declining due to stringent security checks by the Customs and Excise officials at the Tatopani check post on Nepal-China border, which have come into effect due to increasing activities of Tibetans in Nepal. Traders say that increase in the number of security checks has made it difficult for goods from China to reach Nepal, thus declining business.
