Butalia refuses to head Tehelka harassment panel

Renowned author and feminist Urvashi Butalia has refused to head the formal complaints committee to probe the sexual assault charges against Tehelka's founder-editor Tarun Tejpal, saying the panel is redundant now as the process under law has already begun.
