Capacity addition behind coal block allocation: Jaiswal

Clearing the central government's stand in one of the biggest coal gate scam, coal minister Sriprakash Jaiswal on Friday said that the reason behind the allocation of coal blocks was capacity building. Jaiswal said that coal blocks were allocated considering the deficiency of power and steel in the country.
