Case filed against Jaiswal for sexist remark

A criminal case has been filed against Union coal minister Sriprakash Jaiswal on Wednesday in a district court in Kanpur for his 'sexist' remarks. Advocate for the petitioner, Anand Sharma Jaiswal who briefed the media after filing the petition termed the minister's comments as insulting.
