Chattisgarh: Maoists warn against voting

Maoists in Chattisgarh have issued threats to voters by pasting banners in the villages, asking them to boycott the upcoming state assembly polls. Reportedly the Maoists had been going around the villages and distributing pamphlets among the villagers, instructing them not to vote.
