China wants to foment trouble in Jammu and Kashmir, Indian defence experts feel. The comments came after China refused permission to Northern Commander Lt General B. S. Jaswal of the Kashmir region to visit the country as part of defence exchanges. The Former Air Vice-Marshal further said that the Civil Nuclear Energy Cooperation between India and the United States had rattled China. M. M. Khajuria, former Director General Of Police of Jammu and Kashmir, also believes that separatist leaders in Kashmir wanted to establish relations with Communist China.
