CJI comes under RTI: HC

The Delhi High Court ruled on Wednesday that the Chief Justice of India would make public the declaration of assets by the Supreme Court judges because the CJI is a public authority covered under the Right to Information Act. This petition was filed by the apex court in the Delhi High Court challenging the Central Information Common Order which had questioned whether the judges could reveal their assets to the Chief Justice of India.
