Complete policy paralysis within central government: Narendra Modi

Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi has slammed the ruling central government for economic slowdown citing that there was a complete policy paralysis within the UPA led central government. Meanwhile, minister of state for planning, Ashwani Kumar countered Modi's allegations and said that the UPA government would take the necessary steps in overarching national interest despite politically motivated charges of policy paralysis.
