Congress calms row over Rawat

Senior Congress leaders today defended the party high command's decision of choosing Vijay Bahuguna as Uttarakhand chief minister, a move that forced senior party leader Harish Rawat, who was also in the CM race, to resign from the union government. However, the BJP targeted the congress over the issue.
