Congress not opposed of Telangana: Sonia

Addressing a public rally in Secunderabad, chief of India's ruling congress party, Sonia Gandhi on Saturday indicated that her party was not against creating a separate state of Telangana. Gandhi said that her party was trying to build a consensus on the issue. Without naming anyone, Gandhi said there were some forces, which are creating obstacles in India's path of progress.
