Congress’ policy is to divide and rule: Modi

Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi on Sunday launched a frontal attack on the Congress-led UPA Government. Modi, who kicked off the BJP's South India campaign from Hyderabad, alleged that divide and rule is the policy of the Congress.
