Congress responsible for the situation in Assam : Gadkari

BJP president Nitin Gadkari asserted that the current influx in Assam is due to the vote bank politics of Congress. He blamed Congress for failing to put in proper infrastructure in the state. Gadkari also assured the NE students to contact their regional BJP offices if they face any problems.
