Congress says Sonia-Rahul campaign in HP helped in win

Union minister Anand Sharma said on Thursday the win in Himachal Pradesh was well led by Virbhadra Singh. Then the sustained campaigning by Sonia and Rahul Gandhi had a big positive impact.
