Copenhagen talks heading for a stalemate: Farooq Abdullah

Talking to media in Chandigarh on Wednesday India's Minister of New and Renewable Energy Farooq Abdullah, said that Copenhagen talks on climate change are heading to a stalemate as developed countries are skirting their commitment for emission reduction. The minister further affirmed that climate talks couldn't be biased to the developing countries.
