Court rejects Talwar’s plea to question 14 witnesses

The High Court in Allahabad today dismissed a plea of Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar, for calling 14 witnesses to record their statements in the case. The couple is accused of murdering their 14-year-old daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj. Earlier, the Supreme Court had directed them to move to Allahabad High Court.
