CWG Scam: court orders framing of charges against Kalmadi, 9 others

In a major development in the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games scam case the Delhi high court has on Friday leveled charges of corruption and conspiracy against former Commonwealth Games Organising Committee (CGOC) chairman Suresh Kalmadi and 10 others.
